Instructions to make Green spinach pulao:
  1. For boiling rice : wash the rice and soak in water and add salt, ghee and green peas and boil it for 7-8 minutes.
  2. And rinse the water from rice. And keep aside for sometime.
  3. For preparing gravy of spinach : wash the spinach leaves for 3 times and cut it. Take a vessel and add spinach, water and sugar and boil it for 3-4 minutes. Once it is cool down then take a mixture blender and blend a green puree.
  4. For preparing green spinach pulav : heat the oil in pan and add asafoetida, mustard seed, cumin seeds, tamal patra, cloves and cinnamon stick and saute it well. Nextly, add capsicum and stir well for sometime after that add onion and cashew nut and mix well.
  5. Further add spinach gravy in it and stir well. After 3 minutes add rice in it and mix salt, turmeric, biryani masala and cumin coriander powder and combine well
  6. Garnish it with green coriander leaves. Enjoy.
