  2. Get 1 bowl whole green moong
  3. Get 1 bowl coriander leaves
  4. Get 3-4 green chillies
  5. Take 1 " ginger
  6. Prepare 2 tsp oil
  7. Prepare Salt to taste
  8. Take For green chutney
  9. Take 1 bowl coriander leaves
  10. Prepare 1 bowl Mint leaves
  11. Take 3-4 garlic cloves
  12. Take Salt to taste
  13. Get 1 tsp sugar
  14. Take 1/2 lemon juice
Instructions to make Green moong Dosa:
  1. Wash and soak the whole green moong for 6-8 hours
  2. After 8 hours, drain all the water and grind the moong in to a fine paste along with green chillies, coriander leaves, ginger, salt and little water.
  3. Making green chutney - Take a grinder jar add all chutney ingredients and grind a fine paste, green chutney is ready.
  4. Heat a non-stick tawa, grease with little oil and pour a ladder of moong batter and spread with bock side of the ladder in circular motion to form a dosa, add oil to the corner of the round dosa keep it for about 2-3 mins and cook them till its crisps.
  5. Then flip and cook another side too. Moong dosa is ready.
  6. Serve them with green chutney. Enjoy delicious moong Dosa.
