The ingredients needed to make Green moong Dosa:
- Prepare For Dosa
- Get 1 bowl whole green moong
- Get 1 bowl coriander leaves
- Get 3-4 green chillies
- Take 1 " ginger
- Prepare 2 tsp oil
- Prepare Salt to taste
- Take For green chutney
- Take 1 bowl coriander leaves
- Prepare 1 bowl Mint leaves
- Take 3-4 garlic cloves
- Take Salt to taste
- Get 1 tsp sugar
- Take 1/2 lemon juice
Instructions to make Green moong Dosa:
- Wash and soak the whole green moong for 6-8 hours
- After 8 hours, drain all the water and grind the moong in to a fine paste along with green chillies, coriander leaves, ginger, salt and little water.
- Making green chutney - Take a grinder jar add all chutney ingredients and grind a fine paste, green chutney is ready.
- Heat a non-stick tawa, grease with little oil and pour a ladder of moong batter and spread with bock side of the ladder in circular motion to form a dosa, add oil to the corner of the round dosa keep it for about 2-3 mins and cook them till its crisps.
- Then flip and cook another side too. Moong dosa is ready.
- Serve them with green chutney. Enjoy delicious moong Dosa.
