  1. In a bowl take the biryani (smashed a little).Add fried onions,mint and mash a little with hands.shape the mixture into ball and flatten in centre and place a cheese cube and give it shape of a ball.
  2. In a bowl take cornflour and water,mix to give a coating consistency.
  3. Dip the balls in the corn flour mixture and coat well with roasted seviyan. - Heat sufficient groundnut oil in a non stick pan,add the balls and fry till golden and crisp.Drain on an absorbent paper. - Serve hot with spinach mint chutney and red-chilly sauce.
