- Dip the balls in the corn flour mixture and coat well with roasted seviyan. - Heat sufficient groundnut oil in a non stick pan,add the balls and fry till golden and crisp.Drain on an absorbent paper. - Serve hot with spinach mint chutney and red-chilly sauce.
