- Soak rice overnight and make a fine paste now add suji, curd, chopped Capcicum, chop chilles, chilli flake salt according taste,add little water and and make batter cover it and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Now in mixing bowl take boiled potatoes, add chopped onion,chopped chillies,salt per taste, Chaat Masala and mash well. Now grease your hands with oil and flatten the aloo like tikkis.
- Now add 1/2 tsp of baking soda and 2 spoon oil mix well.
- Now heat oil in tawa…. Add a scant ladleful of batter to the center of the pan. Then place the aloo tikki, then pour little batter and cover the aloo tikki.
- Fry the pancake from both side. Serve hot.
