  6. Take 1 Tbsp ginger
  7. Take 1 Cup miracle whip
  8. Make ready 1 Ounce turbinado sugar
  9. Take 4 Ounces sea salt
Instructions to make Kimchee Mayo:
  1. Seperate all the cabbage leaves and wash throughly.
  2. Lay all the leaves in layers with sea salt sprinkled on each leaf in a covered non- reactive bowl over night on the counter.
  3. Peel, clean and puree the entire head of garlic.
  4. Peel, core and puree the koŕean pear.
  5. Peel, puree ginger and combine pepper powder, fish sauce, garlic and pear. Mix until its a red slurry.
  6. Throughly rinse canbage leaves several times until salt is removed and then slice leaves in the food processor until fine.
  7. Mix slurry and leaves together and place in frigerator over night.
  8. The last step is to combine miracle whip, turbinado sugar and the seasoned cabbage in a food processer until creamy.
  9. This should create a quart of sauce. Enjoy
