  1. Dough :- Take a bowl put all the ingredients of the dough and knead the dough till it's medium soft,apply some ghee and keep aside covered.
  2. Stuffing:- In a bowl add all the Stuffing ingredients and mix it thoroughly keep aside
  3. Making parathas :- Take a small portion of the dough, make it round and flat from the edges keeping the middle portion thick. Put a generous amount of potato stuffing in the middle and wrap it from the edges.
  4. Make a nice ball of it,roll it over the flour and roll out into a nice round shape
  5. Heat the tawa,put the paratha on the tawa once cooked on one side flip it to another side apply ghee on the cooked side and repeat on the other side. Paratha is ready
