  2. Take 1/2 kg beef

  2. Soak your rice in warm water for 30 minitues as your meat boils.
  3. Cut your onions into pieces, mix with kitunguu saumu, add into a sufuria then add oil n place it to cook till it turns golden brown
  4. Add your grinded garlic cloves n stir for a minute,add you boiled meat n stir too,
  5. Add your soaked rice then the pilau masala n stir using a wooden spoon…add estimated water n cover the sufuria for it to cook till it dries up
  6. Pilau is ready, the sweet aroma can tell.
  7. Serve with kichumbari.
