  1. First, kadhai put on flame add oil sliced onion deep fry till crispy strain with spatula. Now deep fry all veggie till become soft place it on plate. Paneer &all dry fruits also deep fry.
  2. Now, In a kadai add oil add all spices saute few sec add bay leaf add onion chopped saute few min add all dry spices saute few add tomato Puri and dahi cook till oil become separate.
  3. Add all veggie I cook few min.
  4. Rice washed properly
  5. Now deep bottom pan add 1 litter water add 1tsp oil 1tsp lemon juice add washed rice cook it around 70 % strain with strainer.
  6. Now heat the tawa flat khadhai or index kadhai put on tawa arrange it alternate rice & cooked veggie & fried onion dry fruits fried onion mint leaves pour saffron milk & 1sp ghee cover it foil paper otherwise cover it lid stick lid with wheat dough take dum 7 to to 8 min.
