Steps to make Malai kofta:
  1. Mash aloo..add grinded bread crumbs add salt and little black pepper.. Make balls
  2. Grate paneer..add malai, chopped kaju and little kishmish.. Add salt and black pepper and make balls
  3. Take one aloo ki ball
  4. Isse flat karein aur paneer ball rakhe
  5. Firr usse fold karke ek ball bana le
  6. Th ball wil look like ths
  7. Similarly make all stuffed aloo paneer balls
  8. Take oil in kadai and deep fry them
  9. It wil all look like this
  10. Take onion rings
  11. Deep fry thm
  12. Take kaju and deep fry thm
  13. Now take tomato puree.. Add all spices and mix well
  14. Take a pan..heat oil.. Add Hing Jeera.. Then add tomato paste and cook til it leaves oil at it's sides
  15. Now add milk and Malai..Mix well an cook fr 5mins
  16. Now add fried koftas
  17. Cook at low heat for 2-3 mins
  18. Take out in bowl
  19. Garnish it with fried onions fried kaju and fresh corriender
