  1. Chopped 2cm length of you sausages. Then stick 5-6 pcs spaghetti on it
  2. Heat the oil up, add the onion mix veggies. Then add black bean paste, oyster sauce, sesame oil, mirin, sugar and pepper. You can add a bit of water so its texture not really thick.
  3. On different sauce pan, boiled the pasta. Put a bit of oil and salt. Cook aldente. Then set aside.
  4. Mix the pasta and the sauce together. Stir up. Then serve. You can serve with yellow radish pickle or kimchi as companion.
